Radio interview (in Dutch) about migrant heritage project TULIPANA

In the follow up of the Migration, Mobility and Connection Workshop in Parramatta, Sydney on February 17-18, Mara de Groot (shared heritage expert, Centre for Global Heritage and Development) and Mari Smits (historian, Huygens ING) gave an interview for the Dutch broadcast of the Australian radiostation SBS.

Mari described the history of the Dutch migration to Brazil and Mara gave an overview of the TULIPANA project, which is primarily focussed on the digital preservation and accessibility of the documentary cultural heritage of the Dutch communities in Brazil but now also cooperating with other migrant and community heritage projects, like Dutch Australians at a Glance (DAAAG)
