My name is Chi-Ching Lam, I'm the new intern at The Centre for Global Heritage and Development. My background is in China Studies and Archaeology.
As an intern at the Centre, I will be responsible for organizing the symposium called 'Collecting Asia' which will be held during the Leiden Asia Year 2017. I will be arranging the speakers, managing social media, creating the guest list, and making sure that the symposium will be successful. This symposium highlights the connection between Asia and Leiden, the material Asian collections in Leiden and also focuses on heritage practices in Asia.
